Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Certain types of items, such as perishable goods, custom items, or hygiene-related products, are exempt from returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at support@cannakan.com to start your return process.
- Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and a return label if applicable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@cannakan.com to make arrangements. We will do our best to offer you a suitable replacement.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@cannakan.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
