Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier performance, availability, and other factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

Delivery is considered complete once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, or when the package is made available for pickup at the designated carrier location.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

In cases where a package is held for pickup at a carrier location, the customer is responsible for retrieving the package within the carrier’s designated timeframe.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon carrier confirmation of delivery.
